Howdy! I'm Grif. I've always been someone who roots for the underdog, particularly in the context of animals. In doing some research about pigeons, I've found that we're really lacking in easy to understand, up to date ways to understand pigeon genetics. Thus: this website!
I am currently pursuing a M.S. in Biology, with a focus in ecology and evolution. My research focuses on environmental modelling and biodiversity in grassland regions. Unfortunately, nothing to do with pigeons, but maybe someday!.
In my free time, I am an amateur radio operator (Extra Class), as well as playing saxophone, piano, and writing.
